Our villas have been selected to offer differing locations and facilities. These can include quiet location, swimming pool, local shops, easy access to the center or to the sea. All bed linen and towels are included, and each villa is cleaned once per week.

Bagla Village
Bagla is located on the south facing coast of the  Bodrum Peninsula with easy access to the main towns of Yalikavak and Turgutreis. From here it is just 10Km to Europe and the Greek island of Kos. Bagla is a quiet village, well away from the more developed tourism areas. many of the properties here are privately owned holiday homes. Bodrum is just a 15 minute drive. This part of the coast is a mixture of rugged mountains and uncrowded beaches.

Cirkan
On the edge of the traditional Turkish hilltop village of Cirkan, the luxury Pedesa Villa Park is in vivid contrast to the simple village that is its host. Set back some 4Km from the coast the village has spectacular views over bodrum and the Greek Island of Kos in the distance. Just a short drive from Konacik, another village now almost swallowed up by the expansion of Bodrum. Close to all the facilities this booming holiday area has to offer, Cirkan is still relatively unspoiled.

Gundogan Village
Just 25 minutes from Bodrum, Gundogan is quiet village at the end of a large sea inlet on the north western corner of the Bodrum Peninsula. The Ambassador Villa is set in a well tended park near the village and a short walk to the sea. Its quiet location, away from the expanding Peninsular towns and the bright lights of Bodrum City, make Gundogan a popular place where many of Turkeys rich and famous have their holiday homes. The sun sets on this side of the Peninsula, so quiet evenings on the verandah, overlooking the sea, will leave a lasting memory.

Karakaya Village
Karakaya village is at the end of a road that winds for 4Kms up a small mountain. Nestling in an open ended valley with spectacular views of the southern Aegean Sea, this is the ideal location for those who want peace and quiet. The seaside village of Gumusluk (ancient Myndos), is just a short drive away where many fish restaurants line the sea shore. Located on the north west side of the Bodrum Peninsula, Bodrum, and the other larger towns of Yalikavak and Turgutreis are close by. The Kaya Village Villa is the first property as you enter the village, accessed up a private driveway. From the villa and the verandahs there are spectacular views of the stone built houses in the village, the mountains and the sea.
